We have been there for 6 years now the management is really good they make the time for youwhen you have a concern . The people that work there are also very good they are on top of things when something needs to be done or fixed they take care of right way no matter what it is they make sure it is taken care of .all n all the management and the staff is good hard working, personable and professional at what they do n how they do it.

My daughter recently moved into Pleasant Springs Apartments, and as a mom, I couldn’t be happier. The complex is beautiful, well-kept, and feels very safe. The management was absolutely amazing—so kind and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. We felt supported every step of the way. Maintenance has also been quick and responsive, even with the summer heat. So thankful she’s in such a great place!

They’ve started canceling maintenance requests, likely because I asked them not to enter the unit without my permission. I made that request because we have a cat that will bolt if a door is left open, and I don’t trust strangers to be careful about that. We’ve also had a dog with severe behavioral issues in the past, so letting people enter unannounced has never been an option for us. If maintenance won’t complete work without unrestricted access, they’re going to run into problems—not just with us, but with others too. A lot of residents here have pets, and quite a few of them have behavioral challenges. This needs a more thoughtful approach. Update: I've been here for two years and I would say it's a pretty underwhelming experience overall. It's very uninsulated so you'll hear your neighbors sneeze and wash their clothes. Overall, you get what you pay for and they're not the worst complex I've rented from.

I recently toured this place and have to say I absolutely loved it! The property is spotless and well maintained. Everything looks cared for. I toured with Olga. She is the property manager. She was so welcoming, friendly and really took time to answer all our questions. We can’t wait to move in soon!
