Home should be quiet, clean, safe and friendly. Pleasant Springs apts. Has provided all of these things while being conveniently located and a great place to call home.

It's hard to say anymore than what has already been said. If you have another option, take the other option.

When we first looked into moving to Pleasant Springs, everything seemed like a dream come true. The staff was super friendly and said that everyone gets along, we were within walking distance of my husband's work, and we were close to multiple grocery stores, the freeway, etc. It all seemed perfect. However, after moving in, things went downhill quickly. Our biggest concern was our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Our neighbors would constantly stomp at all hours of the day and night. It was to to the point where things were falling off our walls. We made a complaint in person with another tenant only to be told this was the first they heard anything about it. Previously, we sent TWO certified letters which tracking shows they accepted. We would call in the middle of the night and leave voicemails to let them know they woke us up with their stomping and even included audio files as proof of how loud they were. Each time, the response was would get was either "oh, we will call them and ask them to settle down" or "you should contact the police." If you're telling tenants to contact the police, that should be a sign that you need to do something about the problem. We had repairs which needed to be done in the apartment. We had broken drawers that needed to be fixed. When we requested maintenance, it would take 1 - 2 weeks for them to show up. Sure, they were friendly, but friendliness doesn't fix anything. When we moved in, we were told our lease was up at the beginning of the month. When we submitted out notice, we were told that was not the case and we would be here until the end of the month. No contract was provided before we moved in. When we asked, we were told it was e-mailed to us. We asked about coming in and picking up a physical copy and were told e-mail was better and to wait. Our last issue was the internet. Our internet speed is always below 1 MBPS and it's considered a miracle if it doesn't go down that day. When we contacted the internet provided, we were told to reach out to management. When we reached out to management, they told us to reach out to the internet provider. Because the internet is listed under Pleasant Springs, they don't work directly with the tenants. The location definitely is not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and find a better place. There are multiple pet friendly apartments in the area with much better reviews. Edit: For anyone wondering, I tried to e-mail them. No response. Their responses asking you to contact them are an absolute joke and just a way for them to try to look better. Don't be fooled.

Final update: upon moving out our experience was stupid. We professionally cleaned every inch of our apartment and they charge hundreds to have it cleaned. Not to mention $150 to paint the entire place because they said there were marks they couldn't get off so they painted them and had to paint the entire walls to blend it. Don't believe the list when it has a cheap price for partial paint! They'll do the whole thing anyway. The office manager has done nothing to work with us and the maintenance manager would always walk in and say the problem was fine. UPDATE, We got the letter on our door saying our lease expires October 31 and we could either give our 60 day notice or renew the lease. Well we have our notice and found an apartment we love and put money down on it. Well two days after that she texted us saying she switched it to November 31 and won't either reimburse us for our deposit or let us leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE! we've been living in hell literally and now we're pissed So far we've been here a week and I'm not very impressed. Our sink has been leaking and it's ruining our cabinets and no one has come yet. They have promised us they'd be here within 24 hours a few times. I only gave 2 stars because the people are nice. Update from being here 6 months.. they charge waayy too much for water, sewer trash and there's a required $95 fee for cable and Internet. We've also found that there are hidden fees everywhere! The hot tub is rarely working and I can never get a hold of the leasing agents, if I do they aren't helpful. We've looked into breaking our lease but require 2600 bucks + 60 days notice, but we pay 1100 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath on the top floor. We can't wait to be able to leave here. I'm sorry for my timeline of rants but I just want you all to know what you're getting into before moving here. We, as well as many others, didn't listen to the reviews and we regret it. We are happy to be gone

I read the reviews and rented here anyway. Read all the 1 star reviews and that sums up my experience. Had our car towed twice $350 each time. Sinks filters were clogged, toilet was always draining water and filling, toilets had stains when we moved in, carpet was old, AND HIDDEN FEES OUT THE WAZZOO! Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived in! You have been warned.

I loved it here. I carefully read these reviews before moving in, so when it came time to sign the contract, I took a few hours to carefully read over everything in it. Nothing was out of place, and when I went over the contract with them, they were ecstatic to see that I had already studied it. The staff here were cheerful, helpful and always happy to see me. The apartment was wonderful, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and the walls seem pretty thick. When I began, my base rent was $850/month, with a mandatory data package that cost around $120/month, and then garbage and water/sewage utilities on top of that. All in all, my monthly cost came to about $1,030. It was an excellent place, and I would continue to live here had I not bought a house.
