We were in a bad car accident that has made things difficult and management was not understanding at all even though we've been great tenants and have been on time with our rent every month. We were charged $175 in fees even though we asked for help and told we would be helped. Being in this situation has made things difficult and it amazed me that we couldn't be helped once with a good heart. We pay almost $1300 for a one bedroom (not including utilities) and they even raised our rent.

I am a pet owner and always clean up after my dog. Too many pet owners are not doing that and it ruins things for those of us who do. As far as other things I have always been happy with the management and maintenance. The response has always been quick.

Having come from a troubled past, I can honestly say the following: Moving into Pleasant Springs was the worst decision I've made so far (and hopefully ever. It's gonna take a pretty severe disaster to top that poor choice).

This place is the worst apartment complex ever. My roommate and I spent a whole day deep cleaning when we moved out, then they turned around and charged us for it. The blinds are all broken, the toilets have what looks like black mold in the back! Not only the dryer almost catch the apartment on fire but so did the oven. It started sparking when I was cooking, no drippings or anything fell on it. The agents in the office are rude. They have zero customer service skills. Please do yourself a favor and listen to all the other reviews. Worst place to rent!!!!
