I've lived here for 2 years and at first it was ok. The apartment itself is ok. The ceilings are high and that's good. Management is horrendous. THEY busted a water line putting in turf in the dog park. And we (the residents) saw an immediate increase in our water bills. I guess enough people complained about it because a few weeks later they installed "water saving" washers, shower and sink heads in the bathroom, and toilets. Good idea, right? Except the shower head is laughably horrible. It took me an extra 20 minutes to shower because the water pressure was so low. My mother and I replaced the shower heads with our own store bought ones immediately. And our water bill is STILL high. Imagine that. Management never returns calls. They water the grounds incessantly (even when it rains). Yes. They water the grass even when it rains and snows. And still, our water bills stay high. And $1300 for a 1 bd, 1 bath is ridiculous. You could rent a house for that. I will say maintenance is pleasant. They're the reason for the 1 star. I would not recommend unless you desperately need something like I did when I moved from St. George to PG.
