Absolutely worst place I have ever lived. If you sign a lease for x amount plan on pay 200 more a month with all the hidden fees that didn’t get talked about before signing. Try and call to talk to them that’s a joke too they never answer the phone. Go to move out and they charge you for the damages that there Maintenance people Caused by coming into the apartment at least once a month. They didn’t Secure the furnace cover back to the wall and it fell on my five-year-old and hit her in the head.

Nice apartment complex. The pool is always clean and when that's closed for winter, the hot tub stays open. The gym is clean, too. They have someone walk around the entire place and pick up trash every day. I haven't had any problems with the manager or maintenance. The few things I've needed fixed were always taken care of soon enough after calling and they always did it right so I never had to call back again about it. The apartment I moved into was clean when I got there and had vacuum marks, so I know they cleaned it. They told me about everything I had to pay for before I moved in, so no surprises, unlike SOME places in Utah whose names I won't mention *cough cough*. Anyways, nice place, nice people, no problems, so I'd recommend it. Just my opinion. Oh, and they actually shovel the snow early before I even wake up to see them do it. So yeah.

Horrifying in every single way. Management is an absolute joke. Even the leading agents know nothing about the place or processes. They read off of a script and sound like robots when you ask questions. Something as simple as unlocking a door because they gave us the wrong key took them over 4HOURS to do. It’s inexcusable. Unless you hate yourself and your children and want to be miserable. Don’t. Rent. Here. I swear, it’s like sewer rats live in the ceilings while at the same time controlling management like in that movie ratatouille. I can nearly guarantee that you will get aids if you sign a lease here. And even if you don’t, this place will make you wish you had gotten aids instead.
