I have lived at Pleasant Springs Apartments for almost 4 years, and I absolutely LOVE living here. The office staff is so nice, and the maintenance has always been very quick and efficient. Anytime I need anything fixed, It gets done. I love that it is a pet friendly apartment complex. It is so nice that there is a big grassy area in the middle of the apartments. Makes it feel like I am living in a home with a backyard instead of an apartment. I plan on staying for many more years. Very satisfied with my experience.

Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had! We were harassed weekly with a new issue all the time. When we moved out we left our apartment how we found it (not even that nice) and were charged over 900$ in fees on top of our deposit that they took. There was 1 small lift in the carpet where the carpet meets the tile. But the carpets were like 9 years old it was bound to happen!!! Also the management was horrible and they were rude. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here it’s not worth the daily frustration and anxiety

I would think twice before you give them money to run a credit and background check. After they charge you for the check they email you and say you need to give them $300 (non-refundable)to hold the place while they don’t guarantee you will even be approved. They call it an advertisement fee. I guess because they take the unit off the market you are supposed to pay them 300 for this privilege.
