I just got off of work and decided to stop by the office to ask about our AC and when it will be fixed. (It has been broken for 30+ days and we have called multiple maintenance orders in for the issue with no solution. I got into the office and Carmen immediately started being unprofessional and talking to me like I am 2 years old. Very very unprofessional management and unacceptable apartment conditions. Would NOT recommend moving in here. Save your bank account and time and move somewhere else. Management here is terrible.

Place is always flooded, still haven't fixed the sprinklers from last year. Definitely not quiet, people constantly revving their engines at midnight. Too many loose dogs, and not many pick up. Leash rule and clean up rule not enforced. Yesterday, two dogs from building next to the basketball courts, almost killed the old man by tossing him down the stairs and luckily he held on to them or they would of attacked a chihuahua and pointer. From what I heard, they are extremely loud dogs especially at night. Glad I don't live in that building, but still got to deal with all the revving noise.

Nice out-of-the-way location, without being too far from city businesses. Close to the freeway, well kept grounds, friendly staff.

Pool is always occupied by more non residents then residents, half the time pool lessons are taking over the pool. Basically no rules or limits.

they overcharge, had their service guys try to walk into my apartment when I was alone after only ringing the doorbell once and waiting less than 30 seconds (it was around 7-8 am). I had to hold my foot in front of my door while they pushed and yelled to wait while i put clothes on. just avoid this place at all costs.

I have moved them down simply because after paying the $3000 to move early then they another $1175 which was a months rent. When I asked about the water bill needing to be paid the gal at the front told me not worry about it and that's what $400 was of the $1175. They took my non refundable cleaning fee then added another $300 on top of that after I had already paid for a cleaning crew to come in. They took out the carpet and replaced it which I knew that they would however charged me for that as well. I had replaced all light bulbs within a month of living there and they charged me $1.00 for every bulb they replaced. I would never recommend this place to anyone after that.
