The leasing office is absolutely the worst. They are extremely unreliable and rude. Do not recommend living here, terrible conditions and extremely expensive for what it is. The worst company ever.

If you are seeking a new home, avoid this greedy place. Considering the age of the complex and other living options available, it would likely benefit newcomers to seek elsewhere. Eventually they reveal the 3x monthly rent to income ratio, but then tack on to rent hidden fees that they dont advertise about, such as a $130 package that was initially suggested as being optional, but then declared mandatory, plus separate utilities as well. Expect your household to be making over $57k + a year minimum just to live here without assistance. If you are going to be paying that much, look for something newer and/or more transparent.

Don't rent here. Hard to work with and WAY to expensive. Don't expect anything to get fixed even though you spend most of your money to lay your head here. NOT WORTH IT

doesn't seem like a bad place to live. Except the pool seems like it's for swimming lessons business only from 10am to 2pm. They basically have guests take over the pool for those hours, giving the residents no place to sit at the pool.

If you want a horrible place to live, go for it. Carmen in the leasing office is horrible. She is an animal abuser and has no respect for anyone.

I have lived here since February and it hasn't been too bad yet. I'll update my review as time goes on. They are in the process of renovating some of the apartments so they are keeping up with all the newer ones but for me I like the carpet even though it is older. I can hardly hear my upstairs neighbors because of the carpet. The place I moved from didn't have carpet and it was very loud. Here is my complaint. The apartment complex controls when you can turn on your air conditioner. They told me they don't turn them on until the weather is stable as April is like a Rollercoaster. Come on really. Not everyone can open up windows and use fans to be comfortable. One of the reasons I have and choose central air. I just hope mine works when they turn it on. Residents need to slow down going through the parking lot as I've almost been hit several times backing up out of my garage and carport. End of rant. 09/30/2022. Update In my earlier review I mentioned the carpet helped reduce the noise. Well the reason is I had above me only two adults without children. My new neighbors above me now have young children and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. I can hear them stomping, yelling, and I can hear the kid's TV playing above the bedroom where my office is set up while I work from home. I have had my garage disassembled and the garage door closed when I had initially left it open for a reason since my garage door opener was in my car. When I went to go to work imagine my surprise. Even if I had my opener I wouldn't have been able to open it. Maintenance has been awesome I must say as I've had water leak twice from the upstairs water heater and A/C unit into my hall light. They came quickly and got it taken care of. I'll update when my lease is about to renew. I'm struggling like everyone else with the high prices.
