Wish I could give a 0. I will make this short. These guys sued me for $5000 when I left only 2 months early for medical reasons and no job. I tried to pay for one month and use my deposit as the second month to cover the lease and they denied my payment because I could not afford an early termination fee. They said, and I quote, this is not our problem and you need to find someone to takeover the lease or pay the fee". The best part is that my roommate bailed on his lease after 2 months and they made me cover it, instead of him, or leave early and get sued. I paid every dime I had to keep a roof on my head for all but 2 months of that lease without the other party that signed the lease being held responsible and they still sued me for 3 times the amount I actually owed for rent. My roommate left with no notice one day while I was at work and took then the keys but they didn't make him cover his lease..These guys are taking money they don't deserve and are not owed. If you would have taken the rent I offered we would not have court fees added and I could pay the $1200 I tried to pay..DONT LIVE HERE..FIND A BRIDGE .

Had a terrible experience signing a lease here this past week and now reading through the reviews I knew I made a big mistake. They’re marketing units for 1599 and we’re paying 1700 bc of our dog which makes sense but.. parking and a media package that’s overpriced, plus they showed photos of units that were updated on the listing come to find out we have an old unit with crumby appliances :/ very thin walls you can hear everyone’s conversations toilets, and sinks. Very disappointed with how everything played out. Don’t rent here. I’m devastated I’m stuck here a year since it’s 3000 to move out of the lease.. I’m completely terrified of moving out because we won’t get the 800 out off 2950 +280 to apply we paid in all to move here. Plus fees that every other review said they make you pay. All in all not worth it. I absolutely regret moving here.

Management is terrible, instead of notifying you about issues they just screw you over. Would never move here, I’m in a way better place…. Just trust me… go somewhere else

The management at this apartment is unfair, rude, and greedy. We left our apartment in better condition than we found it. They added dozens of fees when we moved out. If you want to get ripped off, rent from these people. If you're looking for a decent place that will treat you fairly, run as far away from this place as possible. Thanks, management, for avoiding my calls, and hanging up on me when I tried to ask about the dozens of fees you're charging. Worste experience ever.
