I cannot stress enough that if literally ANY other option is available for you take that. Do not live here if you dont have to! The only reason we initially moved here was because they were around $300 cheaper a month than anywhere else at the time. Firstly the front office is only polite sometimes, most of the time they are rude as hell. They also have zero information at any given time, if there are any notes left at your door regarding the apartment and it says "if you have any questions email or call at..." dont bother, it is the front office and they have yet to be able to answer a single question I had and have never gotten back to me unless I pestered them. They are nosy as hell and will try to break their own lease, so maybe have a lawyer on call.
I have seen the pool be cleaned one time ever, when they open it and let me tell you that pool is bug city the hot tub is also never above luke warm temp except when the July sun heats it. The gym consists of treadmills, a free weight rack with no weights, and a very wiggly cable machine they also do not provide wipes or hand sanitizer. The walls are so thin you will hear your neighbors phone and think its your own. Neighbors have a baby? Looks like you have a new sleeping schedule.
They will charge you for damage they caused and then say you should have been prepared for that. They over water like crazy so half of the lawn is just standing water. If something needs fixed be prepared for a wait and for them to not confirm when they are coming, theyll just pop in with little to no warning.
This part is a little less important I think, but honestly it does also look like a crack house. I was embarassed to have people over because it honestly looked so bad, the outside is disgusting most of the time and the interior is so awful with their mismatched floors and cupboards and counters.
So I'll say it again DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.
