This place is great. The front office staff, Olga and Jessica are great to work with. They answer my questions and are quick with their responses. Since they took over the management responsibilities, the place is getting even better. Communication is key, and they will communicate with you.

Steer clear of any apartments these people manage/own. Utah Valley’s version of a slum lord. Never fix anything and the place is a filthy mess.

I have been living at Pleasant Springs Apartments for 3 years. I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel are prompt excellent and go the extra mile. This complex is a smoke free environment and the grounds are well maintained.

Horrible place. The Front office doesn’t care about its residents. They took a month to fix the heater in winter. There are dog feces everywhere and all they do it write a sign saying watch out. There were black widows in a garage and they wouldnt deal with it only saying to call and pay for an exterminator ourselves. Do not rent from this place. Very greedy apartment, be ready for lots of random charges and overpriced things.

Just moved in less than a week ago but I'm really happy with everything about this place so far. Jess (management) was extremely helpful throughout the application process. The location is great, close to the mountains but also all the stores and eateries you could need. Beautiful views. The property itself and apartments are well maintained. Highly recommended.
