Had a horrible experience, me and my cross country team have ran around these buildings for quite awhile and we only run on the sidewalk and make sure not to disturb anyone or touch anyone’s property, but this particular time one of the workers in the lobby decided to make a big deal for this, and she had gone up to one of my teammates and moved in front of him blocking his path and using her arm to push him backwards and told him that this is resident property only and that he is “trespassing” and threatened to call the police on all of us because we were supposedly “breaking laws” even though the sidewalk isnt part of the complex, and this situation she caused is effecting many of the kids now.

Honestly, probably one of the worst apartment complexes to Live in. The people that work in the offices are a headache to work with, and they don’t care about the people that live in their buildings. The upkeep around the yards is terrible. Nobody picks up their dog poop and on top of that just trying to get a hold of somebody from the office at that apartment complex is just absolutely terrible. I give it a one out of 10 stars I would not recommend living there.

They will Sue you when you move out. They will find a way to get a few extra thousand from you over the course of your stay, and they are already over priced. You can find a much better place to live.

The apartment complex had good size rooms and closets, but it was not a great place to live. They charge several additional fees where you are paying $200 to $300 a month more than you plan, and they charge move out costs to penalize you for moving. This apartment complex is out to make money, and that is about it. You will not get any of your deposit back, and you will be lucky if you walk away without being charged. If you attempt to talk to them about these additional costs, they will screen your calls. I do not recommend moving in.

We just moved in. Our experience so far is pleasant. Easy to communicate with the front desk. Jordan and Meredith are so nice and professional. Easy to move in. The process is straight forward. You have all the amenities you need. The price is right for what you get. The apartment itself is what you expect for the price. Normal wears and tears from many tenants. From my limited experience, they seem to do their best to maintain the property. I haven’t had any interaction yet with the maintenance team so I cannot comment on that.
